COG Private Equity VCIC license approved by CySEC

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has notified SCSS Fund Management Ltd. (SCSS) that the application for the setting up and operation of COG Private Equity Variable Capital Investment Ltd (COG) was approved on 9 May 2016.

COG Private Equity Variable Capital Investment Ltd (COG) is a Cyprus based Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and has been licensed to operate as a Multi-Strategy Private Equity Umbrella Fund.

The Management of COG Private Equity will be carried out by SCSS Fund Management Ltd.
