SCSS offers customized solutions for setting up and managing Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). We combine portfolio and risk management and our expertise along the entire chain of setting up and management of an AIF.

Konstantinos Michaelides
Konstantinos Michaelides has acquired vast experience in setting up and administering various types of funds and fund managers in Cyprus, Luxemburg, Gibraltar, Jersey, BVI, Cayman, Mauritius and India. Moreover, he is aware of the reporting obligations that a fund/fund manager has to comply with, and he stands ready to assist any client with all matters that may come up in the process of setting up or administering a fund/ fund manager especially in the alternative investment fund space either in private equity investments or private debt vehicles. His experience span from greenfield infrastructure and alternative energy projects to real estate funds and venture capital for SaaS models or Fintech.
Marios Athanasiou
Marios Athanasiou is a Non-Executive Independent Director at SCSS Fund Management Ltd. Marios is an experienced qualified professional (CPA, CICA, CySEC) with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting, audit, tax and financial services industries. Skilled in international taxation, auditing and advisory services as well as in higher education. Strong business development professional with a Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) focused in Audit & Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC).

George Strouthosis a non-Executive Director of SCSS Fund Management Ltd. George brings in a wealth of experience in financial services, private equity and venture capital management.
Marios Charalambides
Dr. Marios Charalambides is the alternate MLCO of the Company. In 1998, Dr. Marios Charalambides was awarded a PhD degree in Social Sciences from Brunel University, London. His research was focused on the price performance of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the UK. His empirical findings were concluded through the use of econometrics analyses and modeling.
From 2002 until 2013, he worked for Laiki Bank in the Economic Research & Planning department and consequently as a Senior Officer Business Banking. During the last 7 years in Business Banking he was responsible for managing a €100m corporate portfolio granted to companies operating in every sector of the economy (e.g., construction and development, retail & wholesale trade, air transport, law & accountancy, manufacturing and health).
