SCSS Fund Management is a regulated Alternative Investment Funds Manager licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. License Number AIFM (04/56/2013). SCSS offers customized solutions for setting up and managing Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). We combine portfolio and risk management and our expertise along the entire chain of setting up and management of an AIF.

Meet the Board of Directors, Senior Management and co-founders
Yiannos Christofides is an Executive member of the Board of Directors of SCSS Fund Management Ltd., and the CEO of the Company. Yiannos has gained wealth of knowledge and excellent understanding of the financial industry. He amassed his experience at one of the leading brokerage firms in Cyprus where he held the role of Chief Operating Officer, and after his tenure, through his deep interaction with an extended number of regulated financial services firms offering the full range of investment and ancillary services in global markets. His experience makes him a fitting appointment for the role of the CEO.
Yervant Bohdjalian is an Executive member of the Board of Directors of SCSS Fund Management Ltd., and the General Manager of the Company. Yervant is a certified Portfolio Manager licensed to deal in capital markets with extensive experience in technical analysis tools and managing client accounts using sophisticated software signals and automated systems. Yervant started his career in Treasury/Dealing Room at a major Bank and then moved to start-up Eurivex assuming the role of Head Portfolio Manager. He gained broad experience managing a fully-fledged regulated investment firm. Yervant also has expertise in listing of financial instruments on MTF Markets.
Marios Vourgos is a Non-Executive Independent Director at SCSS Fund Management Ltd. Marios has extensive work experience and knowledge of the financial industry having assumed senior managerial positions in a diverse and wide-range companies. He is Managing Director to a business cluster comprised of Chinese fortune 500 corporations where he negotiates and leads with respect to structuring and business development. Marios has extensive knowledge and has been actively involved in corporate takeovers, direct foreign investments (FDIs), Mergers and Acquisitions primarily between Chinese and European corporations. Marios has also served as Managing Director of the European Institute of Cyprus (EIC).
George Christofides is a non-Executive Director of SCSS Fund Management Ltd. George brings in a wealth of experience in financial services, private equity and venture capital management. Over the years, George has actively advised on the set up of start-up companies, on corporate financing and restructuring of growth companies and has been serving on the board of various companies across different industries. George is the General Manager of a licensed CIF and a Director of a local financial sector consulting firm offering outsourcing services and undertaking the promotion of applications for CIF, EMI, API, AIF, AIFM, and UCITS authorization.
Ksenia Milevskaia is the Head Compliance & AML officer of the Company.
Dr. Marios Charalambides is the alternate MLCO of the Company. In 1998, Dr. Marios Charalambides was awarded a PhD degree in Social Sciences from Brunel University, London. His research was focused on the price performance of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the UK. His empirical findings were concluded through the use of econometrics analyses and modeling.
From 2002 until 2013, he worked for Laiki Bank in the Economic Research & Planning department and consequently as a Senior Officer Business Banking. During the last 7 years in Business Banking he was responsible for managing a €100m corporate portfolio granted to companies operating in every sector of the economy (e.g., construction and development, retail & wholesale trade, air transport, law & accountancy, manufacturing and health).
